Sue's research career began in 1982. Sue leads Herron Associates Inc. with offices in Indianapolis and Tampa. Herron specializes in recruitment, facilities, field management, CLT and test kitchen projects. Sue's responsibilities include: planning company strategy, directing department managers, heavy involvement in daily project consulting and plays an active role with clients during the bidding process.
An active MRA member, Sue's volunteer credentials include 9 years as a board member to include 4 years on the MRA/QRCA (Qualitative Research Consultants Association) committee, working to build relationships between clients, moderators and facilities. Sue serves regularly on MRA task forces and frequently presents at conferences. Currently serves as a board member for GroupNet- the largest independently owned top rated qualitative network in the US.
