Elisa has been working continuously in marketing research since 1971. She has worked in every facet of data collection execution, supervision and management. Her work experience includes 2 years as head of field operations for Research Planning Consultants in Austin, TX plus 36 years of service to Galloway Research Service. Elisa's client experience ranges from small firms to international firms such as AT&T and USAA. Elisa serves on the executive board of the Marketing Research Association, where she is well known for her leadership and pursuit of quality in the industry. She has served on numerous task forces and has spoken on quality in the industry. Elisa serves as an advisor and past president of the SW Chapter of the MRA. She currently serves as President of the San Antonio American Marketing Association.
