Andrea did her MBA thesis on the role of research in modern business, and in her spare time can be found playing the flute, reading a biography or cooking something exotic for friends and family. As founder and managing director of the company, Andrea Rademeyer is very much part of the history of the company. She is the South African representative at the World Association of Opinion and Marketing Research Professionals known as ESOMAR. She is also registered with the South African Marketing Research Association and the Health Professions Council of South Africa (as a Research Psychologist) and was awarded Business Woman of the Year in 2003.
