Alison Flannery — Managing Director

Alison is MD of Swift Research and has been heavily involved in the development of the Company during the last 14 years. She is an experienced researcher with knowledge in a wide range of markets. She is skilled in Consumer and B2B research and has conducted both qualitative and quantitative research for a variety of private & public sector clients over the years. Alison's core responsibilities are the development of research expertise at Swift.

She has wide-ranging research project experience and undertakes a variety of work, both qualitative and quantitative, public and private sector. Her specialized knowledge includes 'customer satisfaction' and 'employee attitude' projects. She has also worked closely with organisations in the leisure industry in creating new brand concepts and in areas of new product development. Additionally, Alison liaises with a number of other research agencies and consultants, both nationally and internationally, to assist in providing research solutions primarily on business to business projects.

She is currently developing Swift's expertise in the automotive sector, working closely with Audi and working with external clients and our Senior Management Team to develop new research tools in response to industry demands.
